Every talented young athlete who enters MPD Academies walks straight onto a ‘level playing field’. Their place of birth, family connections and privileges, or lack of them, will have no impact whatsoever on the opportunities available for all to seize.

At MPD Academies we aim to place talented young athletes in the right place, at the right time, in front of the right people, regardless of their background or social standing. Within the academy, students recognised for their ability will be able to develop their skills and be placed in positions which will enhance their careers.

  1. identify talented young athletes
  2. ensure athletes accepted into the academy receive a sound education
  3. develop the skills of the ‘rising stars’ in the academy
  4. through the mpd global network, showcase the talent developed

SAFARICOM

Safaricom Player

Telecommunications giants Safaricom partnered with MPD Academies to unearth the next generation of Kenyan talent.
The search was a massive success with thousands of hopefuls attending the trials, leading to a very high standard of footballer being accepted into the academy.
